The heated outdoor pool was a delightful escape after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. The staff was accommodating, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our visit.

Super clean room with a lovely thick comforter. We enjoyed the well-furnished space and had a great night’s sleep. Plus, the parking was convenient, just pay the flat rate and forget it.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it met our expectations.

I truly enjoyed my stay, particularly the proximity to the stunning Sundial Bridge and the nature path along the river. The restaurant next door served delicious food and had a relaxed vibe that made for a memorable dining experience. A recommendation would be to enhance the comfort with additional seating options in the rooms, as having more places to sit would make it easier for guests to relax or work together.

I booked a King Room to celebrate my husband's birthday, but upon arrival, I was told there was no king room available despite confirmation earlier. I was bumped to a double queen room, which was really disappointing after a long day of travel. The initial communication left a lot to be desired. On the upside, the hotel had a beautiful location near Turtle Bay, and the cleanliness was impressive. The room was cozy, a great place to unwind after our initial frustration. The hotel restaurant offered a good menu, but WiFi was quite slow—not ideal for those looking to browse or stream. Overall, while the hotel served its purpose, the reservation mix-up and slow internet affected our stay.
